We have highly qualified vets and nurses on site throughout the night and at weekends, so you do not need to travel miles out of Rugby for emergency or overnight care.

The same hospital, the same standards, all night
Our night and weekend team includes nurses with advanced certificates in emergency and critical care and a vet with a certificate in diagnostic imaging. They work from the same fully equipped hospital as our day team, intensive care unit included.

Out of hours questions
Are you really open 24 hours a day?
Yes. We have vets and nurses on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and bank holidays. Routine appointments run 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1.30pm on Saturday. Outside those times, please call us on 01788 345 345, even if you just want to check something you are worried about.
How much is an emergency appointment?
Saturday 2pm to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm appointments are £95 for our clients and £150 for non-clients. Emergencies outside those times are £150 for our clients and £200 for non-clients.
